Gozney Roccbox
People who want restaurant pizza with the least fuss — push a button, go.

The build quality is the star. It's wrapped in a soft-touch silicone jacket (safer for little fingers nearby) and the legs fold flat. Light the gas, wait about 20 minutes, and you're cooking. No fire-tending, no fuss.
You can add a wood burner later if you want that smoky flavor, so it grows with you — but honestly, most folks run it on gas forever and never look back. Turn the pizza a couple of times and dinner's done.
The honest weakness: it's heavy for a 'portable' oven at around 44 pounds, and the mouth is a touch short front-to-back, so launching a pizza takes a little practice. Nothing a floury peel and one calm breath won't fix.

What's great & what's not
What's great
- Push-button gas start — genuinely the easiest oven here
- Tank-like build with a cool-touch silicone shell
- Retains heat beautifully for back-to-back pizzas
- Optional wood burner if you want smoke later
The honest downsides
- Heavy (~44 lbs) — 'portable' with an asterisk
- Short oven mouth means launching takes practice
- Costs more than an entry-level Ooni
The most grab-and-go easy oven I've used. If you want restaurant pizza with the least fiddling — and you're not carrying it far — the Roccbox is a joy.

Dad's FAQ
Is the Gozney Roccbox gas or wood?
It runs on gas out of the box, which is why it's so easy. You can add a separate wood burner later if you want that campfire flavor.
How long does the Roccbox take to heat up?
About 15–20 minutes to reach full pizza heat. Give the stone the full time — a properly hot stone is what makes the bottom crisp.
Is it really portable?
The legs fold and there's a carry strap, but at ~44 lbs it's more 'move it around the yard' than 'hike it to the beach.'
